JustMy.Health serves both individual users and organizational clients. Businesses using our platform must ensure their employees or members comply with these Terms. Custom agreements may apply for enterprise services.

By uploading professional documents — including but not limited to UK DBS certificates, BACP membership evidence, professional indemnity insurance, and qualification certificates — you grant JustMy.Health explicit permission to verify the authenticity, validity, and current status of these documents with the issuing bodies or relevant authorities.

You consent to JustMy.Health conducting a criminal record background check, where legally permissible, as part of our safeguarding obligations. This may include verification through the UK DBS Update Service or equivalent services in other jurisdictions.

You agree to maintain valid and up‑to‑date credentials at all times while offering services on the platform. JustMy.Health may request updated documents periodically and may suspend or remove your account if required documents are missing, expired, or invalid.

You confirm that all information and documents provided are accurate, truthful, and belong to you. Submitting false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant professional bodies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our platform for any user who violates these Terms or engages in harmful behavior.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
